• Applicant must be a New South Wales local council, either singly or as a group of councils • Applicant must have an existing or planned Food Organics Garden Organics service • Project must be a practical project demonstrating use of FOGO compost in metropolitan or regional settings • Project should facilitate local circular economy opportunities to buy back and use FOGO compost in the communities where it was generated • Project should stimulate potential new markets for FOGO compost through practical demonstration of its uses and benefits • Project should support increased knowledge and awareness of how FOGO activities impact compost product quality • Project must be completed by 2027-06-30 • Applicant must confirm that all eligibility criteria are met in the application
Applicants must be New South Wales local councils, either applying individually or as a group of councils, with an existing or planned Food Organics Garden Organics service. Eligible projects must be practical projects that demonstrate diverse uses of FOGO compost in metropolitan or regional settings, facilitate local circular economy opportunities to buy back and use FOGO compost in the communities where it was generated, stimulate potential new markets through practical demonstration of uses and benefits, and support increased knowledge and awareness of how FOGO activities affect compost product quality. Projects must be completed by 30 June 2027. Applicants must confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria in their application.
