• Be enrolled in a course that starts between 2025-12-01 and 2026-05-31
• Show academic excellence, leadership and/or community involvement
• Meet the provider's academic and English entry requirements
• Be living outside the Northern Territory at the time of applying
• Not already be living in the Northern Territory
• Not be studying with a Northern Territory provider at the time of applying
• Hold a valid international student visa (subclass 500)
• Not hold another scholarship, except CDU Global Merit Scholarship
• Not be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
• Plan to study full-time
• Can only receive funding through one program and not both this scholarship and the 2025/26 International Student Accommodation Grant
Applicants must have applied for and received an offer to study with a Northern Territory education provider and provide a Confirmation of Enrolment. They must be enrolled in a course starting between 1 December 2025 and 31 May 2026, demonstrate academic excellence, leadership and/or community involvement, meet the provider's academic and English entry requirements, and plan to study full-time. Applicants must be living outside the Northern Territory at the time of applying, not already living in the Northern Territory, and not currently studying with a Northern Territory provider. They must hold a valid international student visa (subclass 500), must not hold another scholarship except the CDU Global Merit Scholarship, and must not be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent resident. Students can only receive funding through one program, either the 2025/26 International Student Accommodation Grant or the 2025/26 Study in Australia's Northern Territory Scholarship, not both.
