• Must be an Aboriginal Community Housing Provider (ACHP) • Must be registered under the NRSCH or NSWLS, or scheduled to undertake or currently undertaking registration • Must be located in New South Wales • Must complete and submit the Sector Capability Grant Program application form • Aboriginal Community Housing Organisations (ACHOs) cannot apply • AHO Transitional Registered providers cannot apply
Applicants must be Aboriginal Community Housing Providers (ACHPs), be registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing or New South Wales Local Scheme, or be scheduled to undertake or currently undertaking registration, and be located in New South Wales. Applicants must complete and submit the Sector Capability Grant Program application form. Aboriginal Community Housing Organisations and AHO Transitional Registered providers cannot apply.

Eligible activities may include legal advice, operational resources, recruitment, professional development, organisational infrastructure development, business enablers, financial modelling, tenancy management systems and processes, sustainable housing outcomes, hardware and software, consultancy for registration or compliance, tenant engagement, and consultancy to support funding applications.
