What is the Emerging Producer Placement Program 24/25?
Who is eligible for the Emerging Producer Placement Program 24/25?
- Must be an emerging producer currently residing in New South Wales
- Must identify with one or more under-represented groups: Regional New South Wales, Western Sydney, First Nations people, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people living with disability, or LGBTQIA+ people
- Must have either at least one producer credit on a short film or web series screened at an eligible festival, or at least 5 years' screen industry experience including work with an established production company and/or market player in a relevant role
- Must adhere to the general eligible requirements under the Screen NSW Terms of Trade
- Full-time students cannot apply
- Established producers with 3 or more screen credits cannot apply
- Priority for one placement is reserved for an emerging First Nations producer
