Who is eligible for the 2023-24 Return to Work Pathways Program?
- Applicant must be a legally constituted Australian-based entity.
- Eligible applicants include incorporated not-for-profit organisations and community organisations.
- Eligible applicants include industry bodies and private sector organisations working in partnership with community or government on projects directly supporting women and girls.
- Eligible applicants include local councils and shires, including regional organisations of councils and consortia of councils.
- Eligible applicants include social enterprises that trade primarily for a defined social purpose consistent with a public and/or community benefit.
- Eligible not-for-profit bodies can include charities, trusts, cooperatives, DGR or PBI organisations, companies limited by guarantee, incorporated associations, Local Aboriginal Land Councils, religious organisations, and organisations established under an Act of Parliament.
- Organisations listed on the ACNC Register must have a current and up to date record.
- Application must be made by a single organisation that accepts responsibility for project delivery.
- Section 355 committees must apply under the relevant local council name.
- Projects in the 2024 round must target one of the specified focus communities of women facing complex barriers to employment.
- Only one application for funding will be accepted per organisation per project.
- Individuals and groups of individuals, including sole traders, cannot apply.
- Unincorporated organisations cannot apply.
- For-profit commercial organisations and entities cannot apply.
- Sub-contractors applying for program management or project delivery on behalf of non-eligible organisations cannot apply.
- New South Wales Government and Australian Government agencies or their entities, including public trusts, cannot apply.
