Who Can Apply

• Must have received funding through the 2023 Rescue and Restart – Stage One Program, or be a current recipient of Create NSW annual funding • Local Government Authorities are excluded • Individuals or groups of individuals cannot apply • Applicant should demonstrate a projected deficit for 2023 and/or deterioration in working capital from 2018 to 2022
Applicants must have received funding through the 2023 Rescue and Restart – Stage One Program or be a current recipient of Create NSW annual funding, excluding Local Government Authorities. Individuals or groups of individuals and Local Government Authorities cannot apply. Applicants are assessed on whether they are projecting a deficit for 2023 and/or whether their working capital decreased from 2018 to 2022.

Funding supports either offsetting a projected 2023 deficit for existing planned 2023 programs and projects, including increased delivery costs, wage costs and reduced earned income, or stabilising organisational working capital and equity reserves.
