• Be a New South Wales-led bid awarded funding from the Commonwealth’s 2023 Industrial Transformation Research Program (Research or Training streams) • Be headquartered in New South Wales, with headquarters remaining in New South Wales for the period of the RAAP Agreement • Have at least 40 per cent of operations spent in New South Wales • Use grant funds only on activities undertaken within New South Wales and on staff, students or equipment located in New South Wales • Unsuccessful applicants under the Commonwealth Industrial Transformation and Research Program 2023 ITRP Selection Round are not eligible
