Who Can Apply

• Be a registered not-for-profit organisation operating in New South Wales under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) or the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) • Work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities in South Western Sydney, Western Sydney, South Eastern Sydney and/or Sydney local health districts • Possess appropriate insurances and licences, or commit to obtaining them if awarded funding • Submit the organisation's most recent financial statements for the previous financial year • Disclose details of any grant and/or funding previously or currently received from NSW Health • Disclose other existing funding sources if relevant • Commit to participating in an annual evaluation process • Commit to providing twice-yearly reports on project activity, recruitment and funding utilisation • Commit to adhering to the NSW Code of Conduct and Core Values
Applicants must be registered not-for-profit organisations operating in New South Wales under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) or the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). They must work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities in South Western Sydney, Western Sydney, South Eastern Sydney and/or Sydney local health districts. Applicants must possess appropriate insurances and licences or commit to obtaining them if funded, submit their most recent financial statements for the previous financial year, disclose previous or current NSW Health grant funding and other relevant funding sources, commit to annual evaluation and twice-yearly reporting, and adhere to the NSW Code of Conduct and Core Values.
