• Regionalisation Proposal must be endorsed by the Northern Territory Aboriginal Health Forum before grant consideration
• Must demonstrate capability to deliver project activities in the project location
• Must have existing infrastructure and relationships to support the project activities
• Must have experience, knowledge and capability to deliver the project objectives and outcomes
• Must have approval for transfer of Northern Territory Government health service delivery to community control
To be eligible, applicants must be the organisation or organisations invited by the Commonwealth Department of Health to be considered. Invited organisations must have been approved by the Northern Territory Aboriginal Health Forum and the Commonwealth Department of Health to take up operations of the health service from the Northern Territory Government. A Regionalisation Proposal (business case) must be developed and endorsed by the Northern Territory Aboriginal Health Forum before a grant is considered. Invited organisations are assessed for capability to deliver project activities in the project location, existing infrastructure and relationships, experience and knowledge to deliver objectives and outcomes, and approval for transfer of health service delivery to community control.
