Who Can Apply

Must have an active ABN and operate as a sole trader, partnership, trust or private company. Must be a sheep or goat producer, or a licenced stock and station agent, in New South Wales. Producers need a New South Wales Property Identification Code; stock agents need a current New South Wales stock and station agent licence. Cannot have received funding under a previous round, and only new handheld eID readers are eligible.
To be eligible, applicants must have an Australian business number (ABN), operate as a sole trader, partnership, trust or private company, and have a bank account with an Australian financial institution. Applicants must not have received funding under a previous round of this scheme. Producers must have a New South Wales Property Identification Code (PIC), and stock and station agents must have a valid and current New South Wales stock and station agent licence. The program is for sheep and goat producers and licenced stock and station agents in New South Wales. Rebates are only available for new eID handheld readers such as stick or wand readers; second-hand or used items are not eligible.
