Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be an incorporated not-for-profit community organisation or a New South Wales local council operating under the Local Government Act 1993 • Section 355 committees of New South Wales local councils are eligible • Applicant must not have any outstanding acquittals with the Department of Communities and Justice • Project must be located within New South Wales • Project must be conducted between 2024-03-11 and 2024-03-24 • Project must provide free or heavily discounted programs or activities for seniors in New South Wales • Project must be open to all people who identify as a senior in New South Wales • Applicant must provide evidence of public liability insurance of at least $20 million, or apply via a sponsoring body if not covered
Applicants must be incorporated not-for-profit community organisations or NSW local councils (including section 355 committees operating under the Local Government Act 1993). Projects must be located within New South Wales, conducted between 11 and 24 March 2024, open to all people who identify as seniors in NSW, and provide free or heavily discounted programs or activities. Applicants must provide evidence of public liability insurance to a minimum of $20 million or apply via a sponsoring body if not covered. Organisations with outstanding acquittals with the Department of Communities and Justice are not eligible.
