• Must be a host organisation or consortium with an organisational presence in New South Wales • Must have an active Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be financially viable and likely to remain so for the duration of the project • Eligible entities include companies • Eligible entities include individuals or partnerships if they agree to form a company incorporated in Australia to enter the grant agreement • Eligible entities include universities, publicly funded research organisations, or their collaborative entities • Eligible entities include public sector organisations and other organisations such as not-for-profits • Single-entity applicants must have a presence in New South Wales • Consortium proposals are allowed and highly regarded • For consortium proposals, the lead applicant must be headquartered in New South Wales • Consortia or partnerships with insolvent businesses are ineligible
