- Application must include a detailed and realistic budget aligned to proposed activities
- Application must include a completed application form and organisation endorsement letter
- Projects delivered outside New South Wales are not eligible
- Capital purchases exceeding $2,000 are not eligible
- Salaries for ongoing positions are not eligible, though backfilling is permitted
- Cash-based participation incentives are not eligible
- Administration, overhead and contingency fees are not eligible
