Who Can Apply

• Applicants must meet all requirements in the Project Development Stream funding guidelines and CTI supplementary guidance. • Projects must be based in New South Wales. • Applicants may seek funding up to $250,000. • Projects must be expected to be completed within 12 months of commencement. • The project must involve a lab-proven technology with a technological readiness level between 5 and 9. • The project must be at a clear go/no-go decision point requiring a technical, feasibility or equivalent study. • The project must have a commercial readiness index of less than 4. • The project must align to a Decarbonisation Opportunity Cluster identified in the Decarbonisation Innovation Study. • Applicants must provide a minimum cash contribution of at least 50% of total proposed project cost from non-New South Wales Government sources. • Ineligible applicants include Australian or New South Wales Government agencies, state owned corporations, statutory authorities, local government authorities, section 355 committees, organisations without an ABN and unable to obtain one, unincorporated associations, other unincorporated organisations, individuals including sole traders, and insolvent businesses.
