Project must align with a National Manufacturing Priority and have at least $2 million in eligible project expenditure. Applicant must show board or CEO support and capacity to fund the non-grant share of project costs.
Applicants must be an eligible entity with an active Australian Business Number, be non-tax-exempt, and be registered for GST. The applicant must be incorporated in Australia, including start-ups and trading corporations, and its trading activities must form a sufficiently significant or substantial part of the corporation's activities. The project must align with one of the National Manufacturing Priorities and have at least $2 million in eligible project expenditure. Applications must show board or CEO support and demonstrate the applicant can meet project costs not covered by the grant. Grant funding can cover up to 50% of eligible project expenditure.
