Who Can Apply

• Must be a not-for-profit non-government organisation incorporated under relevant Australian legislation • Eligible incorporation includes the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW), Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), or Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth) • Must deliver the funded activity within one or more eligible Hunter New England regions • Eligible regions are Newcastle/Greater Newcastle, Upper and Lower Hunter (excluding Maitland and Dungog), Port Stephens, New England/North West, and Lower Mid North Coast (excluding Taree and surrounds) • Project must align with the grant objectives and National Palliative Care Standards • Application must be submitted by the due date and be complete • Individuals cannot apply • Federal, state or local government agencies or bodies, and affiliate health organisations cannot apply • For-profit organisations cannot apply • Unincorporated organisations or groups cannot apply • Organisations duplicating an existing federally or NSW government funded service cannot apply unless expanding to a new region
