To be eligible you must have an Australian business number (ABN) and be incorporated in Australia. Eligible bodies are a medical research institute, a university, a corporate Commonwealth entity, a corporation (including businesses and not for profits), a state or territory government, or a state or territory government entity. Joint applications are encouraged if there is an eligible lead organisation. Individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations, organisations not identified as eligible, trusts (except where an incorporated trustee applies on behalf of a trust), and non-corporate Commonwealth entities are not eligible.
