• Must have an active Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be incorporated in Australia • Eligible applicants include medical research institutes • Eligible applicants include universities • Eligible applicants include corporate Commonwealth entities • Eligible applicants include corporations, including businesses and not for profits • Eligible applicants include state or territory governments and state or territory government entities • Joint applications are encouraged with an eligible lead organisation • Individuals are not eligible • Partnerships are not eligible • Unincorporated associations are not eligible • Trusts are not eligible, except where an incorporated trustee applies on behalf of a trust • Non-corporate Commonwealth entities are not eligible
To be eligible you must have an Australian business number (ABN) and be incorporated in Australia. Eligible bodies are a medical research institute, a university, a corporate Commonwealth entity, a corporation (including businesses and not for profits), a state or territory government, or a state or territory government entity. Joint applications are encouraged if there is an eligible lead organisation. Individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations, organisations not identified as eligible, trusts (except where an incorporated trustee applies on behalf of a trust), and non-corporate Commonwealth entities are not eligible.
