Must already have an approved grant under an eligible Queensland Government business grant program. Must submit variation or extension requests in writing to the appropriate grant mailbox. Must include the unique grant application ID and, for supplier changes or scope changes, revised quotes where required. Any proposed change must still comply with the original grant guidelines and funding agreement.
