• Organisers must be delivering events in Canberra • Applicants must have a current Australian Business Number (ABN) • Applicants must hold Public Liability Insurance of no less than $20 million per incident • Applicants must agree to indemnify the Territory, its employees and agents against claims arising from the operation of the business • Conferences are not eligible • Applications from individual persons are not eligible • Capital projects, equipment, staffing and other capital costs associated with the conduct of the event are not eligible • Events proposed to be predominantly staged outside Canberra are not eligible
