Who Can Apply

Eligible Funding Recipients are the same as in Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the LRCI Program. Program is not open to general applications. Eligible recipients receive a letter of offer and must sign a Grant Agreement. Project construction can only begin after an executed Grant Agreement and Approved Work Schedule are in place.
Eligible Funding Recipients for Phase 4 are the same as for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the LRCI Program. This grant program is not open to applications; eligible funding recipients will receive a letter of offer and must return a signed Grant Agreement to participate. Phase 4 project construction can only begin once funding recipients have an executed Grant Agreement and Approved Work Schedule in place.
