• Applicant must specify one Victorian commercial or industrial business facility • Facility must demonstrate average gas consumption between 10 and 100 terajoules per annum using evidence from the last 3 years • Applicant must have a current Australian Business Number (ABN) • Applicant must have been operating for a minimum of 2 years by the application submission date • Applicant must engage an Approved Supplier from the published Approved Supplier List • Project must be undertaken at a single business facility • Project facility must be located in Victoria • Project must meet regulatory or planning requirements • Project must be completed by 2024-12-02 • Commonwealth, state, and local government entities are ineligible • Organisations applying for premises owned by a government entity are ineligible • Educational institutions, including Independent, Catholic, and Government Schools, are ineligible
