Who Can Apply

Must have a current ABN and have operated for at least 2 years. Must apply for a single Victorian commercial or industrial facility using 10 to 100 terajoules of gas per year. Must engage an Approved Supplier and complete the project by 2024-12-02. Government entities and educational institutions are ineligible.
Applicants must apply for one Victorian commercial or industrial business facility that can demonstrate average gas consumption between 10 and 100 terajoules per annum using evidence from the last 3 years. Applicants must have a current Australian Business Number, have been operating for at least 2 years by the application submission date, and engage an Approved Supplier to complete the project. Projects must be undertaken at a single business facility, be located in Victoria, meet regulatory or planning requirements, and be completed by 2024-12-02. Government entities, organisations applying for premises owned by government entities, and educational institutions including schools are ineligible. Activities outside Victoria, projects for facilities outside the gas consumption range, and various ineligible costs such as land, most capital works, maintenance, and recurrent operating costs are not funded.
