• Be an Assigned-Product Support Provider (A-PSP) developing and/or implementing a Depot Maintenance Activation Plan (DMAP)
• Have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Be an entity incorporated in Australia, or an incorporated trustee applying on behalf of a trust
• Provide a congressional letter from the United States Department of Defense awarding the relevant part number assignment and/or repair technology group
• Provide board or CEO evidence that the project is supported and that the applicant can complete the project and meet non-grant project costs
• Provide an Accountant Declaration confirming the applicant can fund its share of project costs
• Must not be income tax exempt
• Must not be an individual
• Must not be a partnership
• Must not be a trust applying directly (an incorporated trustee may apply on behalf of a trust)
• Must not be a Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government body, including government business enterprises
To be eligible, applicants must be an Assigned-Product Support Provider (A-PSP) developing and/or implementing a Depot Maintenance Activation Plan (DMAP), have an active Australian Business Number, and be registered for GST. Eligible entities are incorporated in Australia or an incorporated trustee applying on behalf of a trust. Applicants must provide a congressional letter from the United States Department of Defense awarding the relevant part number assignment and/or repair technology group, evidence from the board or CEO that the project is supported and can be completed with co-contribution funding, and an Accountant Declaration confirming capacity to fund the applicant share of project costs. Ineligible applicants include income tax exempt entities, individuals, partnerships, trusts applying directly, and Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government bodies including government business enterprises.
