Jiangsu-Victoria Technology and Innovation R&D Program (VIC-JS TECH)

• Must involve at least one Victorian organisation and at least one Jiangsu Province company • Victorian organisation must have a trading history and an ABN • Project must be collaborative, market-driven R&D for a new technological product or process • Victorian applicant must be a for-profit company or recognised research organisation • Victorian applicant must have its registered office and principal place of business in Victoria • Victorian applicant must provide a cash co-contribution at least equal to the grant amount requested • Victorian applicant must not have been awarded more than A$200,000 plus GST from any Victorian Government program in relation to the proposed technology • Victorian applicant must not be involved in litigation against the State Government of Victoria • Jiangsu applicant must be an R&D-performing company registered and operating in Jiangsu Province • Victorian and Jiangsu applicants must be separate legal entities with no common ownership, related body corporate status, shared governance, or common directors, officers or senior managers • Project should demonstrate balanced financial contributions and balanced mutual benefit • Grant recipients must pass financial risk assessment by DJPR
