Who Can Apply

New South Wales-based screen or digital games production company, or eligible sole trader resident in New South Wales for more than 6 months Applicants must meet Screen NSW Terms of Trade and have relevant qualifying credits Project must be in an eligible format such as narrative fiction, documentary, factual, extended reality or digital games Application must include an executed option agreement, proof of option fee payment, publication evidence and priority area declaration
Applicants must be a New South Wales-based screen or digital games production company, or if applying as a sole trader, be an Australian resident or citizen who has been a resident of New South Wales for more than 6 months. Companies must have been operating in New South Wales for more than 6 months and meet Screen NSW Terms of Trade requirements. Film, television and online content applicants must have a credit on a qualifying project associated with the type of project being submitted and in the same role as the application. Digital games applicants must have a project team member with a credit on at least one qualifying credit. Eligible project formats are narrative fiction, documentary and factual, extended reality, and digital games. Applications must include an executed option agreement, remittance advice proving payment of the initial option fee, proof the original work has been released to the public or is intended to be published within six months of application, applicant biography with previous and qualifying credits, and a declaration that the intellectual property originates from a member of Screen NSW Priority Areas.
