• Applicants must be majority women-owned and managed. • Applicants may be small businesses, social enterprises or not-for-profits. • Projects must support opportunities and outcomes for women and girls in New South Wales. • Projects must align with the NSW Women's Strategy 2023–2026 pillars: economic opportunity and advancement, health and wellbeing, and participation and empowerment. • Funding may only be used for expenses directly related to delivery of the project in New South Wales.

Projects must be innovative, support women's opportunities and outcomes, align with one or more of the three pillars of the NSW Women's Strategy 2023–2026, and grant funding may only be used for expenses directly related to delivery of the project in New South Wales.
