Who is eligible for the 2023/24 Investing in Women?
- Applicant must be a legally constituted Australian-based entity.
- Eligible entities include incorporated not-for-profit organisations and community organisations.
- Eligible entities include industry bodies and private sector organisations working in partnership with community or government on projects directly supporting women and girls.
- Eligible entities include local councils, shires, regional organisations of councils and consortia of councils.
- Eligible entities include social enterprises that trade primarily for a defined social purpose consistent with public and/or community benefit.
- Not-for-profit applicants must be listed on the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Register with a current record.
- Project must involve high-quality activity, engagement and participation with at least one nominated Women NSW focus community.
- Project must be delivered in New South Wales and benefit women and/or girls in New South Wales.
- Applicants must provide at least 10 per cent of total project cost from other sources, either financial or in-kind.
- Multi-year funding applicants must demonstrate a strong track record in delivery and outcomes.
- Individuals and groups of individuals, including sole traders, cannot apply.
- Unincorporated organisations cannot apply.
- For-profit commercial organisations and their entities cannot apply.
- New South Wales Government and Australian Government agencies and their entities cannot apply.
