• Application must involve an existing or new partnership arrangement between 2 or more participants in the Tasmanian training and workforce development system • Each application must have a lead applicant and list any partners involved • Lead applicant can be a Skills Tasmania endorsed registered training organisation • Lead applicant can be a Tasmanian-based employer with turnover over $500,000 • Lead applicant can be a Tasmanian-based industry peak organisation • Lead applicant can be a community organisation, including Regional Jobs Hubs • Other organisations may participate as partners
