Who Can Apply

• Must have an active Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) • Must be a not-for-profit organisation • Must be incorporated in Australia • For-profit organisations are not eligible • Publicly Funded Research Organisations (PFROs), including many universities, are not eligible to apply directly • Joint applications are allowed if the lead applicant is an eligible not-for-profit organisation • Applicants had to meet eligibility requirements at the time of application • For the reopened Stage 2, only invited organisations could apply and invitation codes were not transferable • Applicants and project partners must not charge participating SMEs fees for service or seek commercial advantage from them
