Who Can Apply

• Stream One organisations must be identified in Table 3, Section 4.1 of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines. • Stream One organisations must have received funding in the 2024-25 and 2025-26 previous grant round. • Stream One organisations must have received an invitation from the department. • Stream Two organisations must meet the eligibility criteria in Section 4.1 of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines.
We cannot consider your suitability to receive a grant if you do not satisfy all the eligibility criteria. Organisation/s eligible under Stream One must have been identified as Stream One in Table 3 under Section 4.1 of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines, received funding in the previous grant round in 2024-25 and 2025-26, and have received an invitation from the department as determined by the departmental delegate under the Commonwealth Grant Rules and Principles 2024. The list of eligible Stream One organisations was based on organisations funded in the previous grant round due to their existing service provision to vulnerable older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in areas of unmet need and their readiness to deliver culturally safe, trauma aware and healing informed aged care services. Organisations eligible under Stream Two are required to meet the Stream 2 eligibility criteria included under Section 4.1 of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines, with Table 3 to be updated through an addendum as eligible Stream Two organisations are identified. This is a non-application-based process and eligible organisations do not need to submit an application.
