• Have received an invitation to apply from the department • Have been assessed by an independent consultancy service procured by the department as having the capability and supporting infrastructure to deliver the grant activities • Due to geography, be or will be considered the most appropriate Aboriginal community-controlled health service to continue providing comprehensive primary health care service delivery in their respective communities • If relevant, be currently delivering comprehensive primary health care under a subcontract agreement
To be eligible, an organisation must have received an invitation to apply from the department; have been assessed by an independent consultancy service procured by the department as having the capability and supporting infrastructure to deliver the grant activities; due to geography, be or will be considered the most appropriate Aboriginal community-controlled health service to continue providing comprehensive primary health care service delivery in their respective communities; and, if relevant, be currently delivering comprehensive primary health care under a subcontract agreement. Invitations may be issued at any time over the grant period.
