Applicants must have received an invitation from the Department to apply and must currently be funded under the Indigenous Australians Health Programme. Eligible organisations are those assessed as experiencing an urgent and unforeseen or emergency circumstance beyond their capacity to address through existing funding, or having identified a significant service delivery risk requiring urgent mitigation. They must also have the capability, infrastructure, administration, relationships, knowledge and project delivery capacity to deliver the activities in the project location and achieve the grant objectives and outcomes.
