Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be a not-for-profit organisation • Applicant must be affected by the Fair Work Commission minimum wage decision and/or higher inflation outcomes • Applicant must deliver an eligible grant activity funded through the Indigenous Advancement Strategy administered by the NIAA • The eligible activity must have been current on 31 October 2022 under an executed grant agreement • The activity must deliver services at some time during 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, or 2025-26 • The activity must be directly linked to community service delivery • Only organisations determined by the NIAA to deliver an eligible grant activity will be considered
An organisation is eligible if it is a not-for-profit community sector organisation affected by the Fair Work Commission minimum wage decision and/or higher inflation outcomes, and it delivers an eligible activity funded through the Indigenous Advancement Strategy administered by the NIAA. The activity must have been current on 31 October 2022 under an executed grant agreement delivering services at any time during 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, or 2025-26, and must be directly linked to community service delivery. Eligible CSOs are not required to submit an application and will be considered as determined by the NIAA.
