• Applicant must be a not-for-profit organisation

• Applicant must deliver an eligible activity funded through the Indigenous Advancement Strategy administered by the NIAA
• The eligible activity must have been current on 31 October 2022 under an executed grant agreement
• The eligible activity must deliver services during 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, or 2025-26
• The eligible activity must be directly linked to community service delivery
An organisation is eligible if it is a not-for-profit community sector organisation affected by the Fair Work Commission minimum wage decision and/or higher inflation outcomes, and it delivers an eligible activity funded through the Indigenous Advancement Strategy administered by the NIAA. The activity must have been current on 31 October 2022 under an executed grant agreement delivering services at any time during 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, or 2025-26, and must be directly linked to community service delivery. Eligible CSOs are not required to submit an application and may be contacted by the NIAA if additional information is needed.
