Who is eligible for the 2026 Inclusive Environments Funding Program - Quarter 3 Payments?
- Applicant must be a community preschool receiving funding under NSW Start Strong for Community Preschools or the Mobile Preschool Funding Program.
- Funding is for child-based applications supporting children currently attending the service.
- Child must be at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in that preschool year, or turn 3 after 31 July and demonstrate exceptional circumstances.
- Child must either have constant and ongoing support needs requiring significant adjustments, or a temporary illness or injury requiring short-term adjustment.
- Applications can cover one child or multiple children where the requested adjustment, equipment or furniture relates to more than one child.
- Citizenship and residency status of the child are not considered in determining eligibility.
- Applications must include descriptions of the child's needs, required works or equipment, supporting professional evidence for specialised equipment or furniture, links to the child's Individual Learning Plan outcomes, itemised quotes, and a declaration about safe installation space.
- If the application exceeds the available grant amount, the applicant must confirm they can fund the difference.
