Child must be turning 4 years by the end of June. Family must live in Inala or surrounding suburbs. Priority access applies to families meeting one or more disadvantage criteria. Priority criteria include health care card, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status, out-of-home care, low income/government support, single parent status, or non-English language at home.
Eligibility criteria for HIPPY includes children who are turning 4 years by the end of June and families who live in Inala or surrounding suburbs. Priority of access applies, with 75% of enrolled families required to meet one or more additional criteria: holding a health care card, the child being Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, the child residing in out of home care, having no income or receiving government support as the main source of income, being a single parent family, or speaking a language other than English at home.
