Who is eligible for the 2025 High Learning Support Needs Funding - Quarter 4 Priority Payments?
- Applicant must be a community preschool or mobile preschool.
- Service must currently receive NSW Start Strong for Community Preschools funding or the Mobile Preschools Funding Program.
- Child must be at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in the preschool year and not in compulsory schooling, or turn 3 after 31 July and demonstrate exceptional circumstances.
- Child must have high learning support needs as defined in the program guidelines.
- Priority payment requires urgent need due to significant safety concerns for the child, other children, or staff.
- The significant safety concerns box must be selected in the child’s ECCMS application.
- Priority payment application must be submitted within the first four weeks of the Quarter 2, 3 or 4 application periods.
- Priority payment is not available for children funded in previous years at the service.
