Who is eligible for the 2025 High Learning Support Needs Funding Program - Quarter 1 Provisional Prepayment?
- Applicant must be a Community Preschool, including a mobile preschool
- Service must currently receive NSW Start Strong for Community Preschools funding or the Mobile Preschools Funding Program
- Child must be at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in the preschool year and not in compulsory schooling, or turn 3 after 31 July with exceptional circumstances
- Child must have high learning support needs as defined in the program guidelines
- Child must require an Individual Learning Plan and significant or ongoing adjustments/support to participate on the same basis as peers
- For provisional prepayment, the child must have been eligible for annual HLSN funding in Quarter 4 2024 and be returning to the service in 2025
- Provider must submit the opt-in form by 15 November 2024
- Provider must sign the 2025 Early Childhood Education Funding Agreement Terms and Conditions in ECCMS
