The program has three funding categories: Simple grants up to $5,000 for documentation such as architect fees, conservation management plans, dilapidation reports and development application drawings or schedules; Complex grants up to $10,000 for residential properties with multiple components, such as facade conservation; and Major grants up to $20,000, only available for non-residential properties with multiple components.
