Who Can Apply

Must be headquartered in Victoria or have a significant manufacturing presence in Victoria, or be a relevant industry association. Must be a legal entity engaged in manufacturing or the manufacturing supply chain, or have a genuine commercial connection to it. Must comply with industrial relations, OHS and WorkSafe obligations and not be under investigation by a government regulator. Must send a senior officer, self-fund airfares/insurance/personal expenses, and government bodies are ineligible.
Applicants must be headquartered in Victoria or demonstrate a significant manufacturing presence in Victoria, including manufacturing facilities and jobs, or be a relevant industry association. They must be a legal entity currently engaged in manufacturing or the manufacturing supply chain, or demonstrate a genuine commercial connection to or representative function for the manufacturing supply chain. Applicants must present a sound case for attending the knowledge exchange and engaging with the businesses or organisations to be visited, meet all industrial relations obligations under the National Employment Standards, not be subject to investigation by a government regulator, and demonstrate OHS and WorkSafe compliance. They must be represented by a senior officer of the company, be able to self-fund international airfares, insurance and personal expenses, and agree to participate in future program evaluation activity. Commonwealth, State and Local government departments, agencies and bodies are not eligible.
