This grant opportunity is for genomics research projects under the Genomics Health Futures Mission. In Round 1, it is aimed at researchers with projects in one of the following areas: cancers and diseases with high mortality and low survivability, paediatric acute care genomic research for clinically ill children, and ethical, legal and social issues related to genomics in health care. The opportunity has 2 grant streams: projects grants and ethical, legal and social issues research grants. Projects must be completed by 30 June 2022. Funding is available for up to 100% of eligible project costs. For the Projects Grant stream, applicants can apply for between $500,000 and $5 million. For the Ethical, Legal and Social Issues Research Grant stream, applicants can apply for between $100,000 and $500,000.
