Who Can Apply

This grant opportunity supports genomics research projects under the Australian Government's National Health and Medical Industry Growth Plan. The total funding available is $30 million over 3 years for the Projects Grants stream and $3.7 million over 3 years for the Ethical, Legal and Social Issues stream. For the Projects Grants stream, applicants can request between $500,000 and $5 million, up to 100% of eligible project costs. For the Ethical, Legal and Social Issues stream, applicants can request between $100,000 and $500,000, up to 100% of eligible project costs. Projects must be completed by 30 June 2022. The grant opportunity is currently closed, with new rounds to open in the future.
