Organisations must also have met acquittal and accountability requirements for previous grants, demonstrate the grant will not duplicate other Northern Territory Government funding, complete the application and supporting documentation, have an active ABN or a completed Statement by a Supplier form, hold at least $10 million public liability insurance, and be registered for GST if annual income is $75,000 or more.
