• Funding is only available to Registered Aboriginal Parties (RAPs). • The program is targeted to the 12 current RAPs in Victoria. • Applicants must hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN). • The ABN must be registered in Victoria. • Applicants must have held that ABN on and from 2022-07-01. • Exemptions may apply for recently Registered Aboriginal Parties. • Applicants may be required to provide audited financial reports for the last three financial years and other documents for a Financial Risk Assessment.

Eligible projects include scoping and planning activities such as master planning, mapping cultural and geographical landscapes, identifying tourism opportunities, auditing tourism products and experiences, ICIP and Aboriginal Knowledge protection strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Implementation activities may include product development, business case and funding strategy development, feasibility studies, asset and equipment requirement assessments, technical investigations, strategic asset management planning, storytelling, placemaking and signage, tourism skills training and certification, and tourism marketing plans and website development.
