This targeted program is for recognised Victorian First Peoples-led businesses and related First Peoples entities that were successful in the expression of interest stage and invited to submit a final application. Applicants must be Aboriginal owned and operated, with at least 51% Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander ownership and operation, be based in Victoria, hold a current ABN, be registered for GST, be registered with the responsible federal or state regulator, and comply with applicable child safety requirements.
