• Hold an Australian business number (ABN) and have held that ABN at the time of the disaster • Be located in the defined disaster area for the eligible disaster and have suffered direct damage as a result of the eligible disaster • Be primarily responsible for meeting the costs claimed in the application • Intend to re-establish the undertaking in the same area • Be a primary producer or business affected by the North QLD monsoon trough, Cyclone Koji, Cyclone Narelle and severe weather commencing 24 December 2025
