To be eligible, the event organiser must own the rights to the event, be financially solvent, have an active Australian business number, be a sole trader, company, partnership, unincorporated association, incorporated association, or company trust entity, and be running an event located in one of the seven regional Destination Networks geographical areas in New South Wales. Applicants must also have previously received the maximum funding permitted through the Flagship Event Program before applying.
