Who Can Apply

Projects must be in the Shires of Broome, Derby-West Kimberley, Halls Creek or Wyndham-East Kimberley. Projects must address direct flood impacts from ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie and be completed by 30 December 2025. Projects cannot be eligible for reimbursement under an insurance policy or be normal government business. Open to organisations and primary producers affected by the flooding associated with ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie.
Projects are eligible if they are located in the Shires of Broome, Derby-West Kimberley, Halls Creek or Wyndham-East Kimberley; have the primary purpose of addressing direct flood impacts from the disaster event associated with ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie; will be completed on or before 30 December 2025; are not eligible to receive reimbursement under an insurance policy; do not address flood impacts or contribute to the goals of the agency; and are not undertaking a procedure which the government would ordinarily carry out as part of normal business. The program is for organisations and primary producers affected by flooding associated with ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie.
