To be eligible, applicants must have a current Australian Business Number (ABN), be registered for GST, have sufficient metering and monitoring systems in place, spend at least $200,000 annually on energy bills at the business site or demonstrate equivalent annual on-site energy use of at least 3,600 gigajoules, and be the energy bill payer with operational control of the site.
