• Lead organisation must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Lead organisation must hold all insurances required by law, including $10 million public liability insurance and workers compensation • Lead organisation must be ACT-based or have the majority of proposed funded activities occur within the Australian Capital Territory • Project must demonstrate a contribution to the ACT achieving net-zero emissions by 2045 • Lead organisation must be registered for goods and services tax (GST) if applicable • Further eligibility criteria apply depending on the funding stream
