• Be an incorporated not-for-profit organisation as defined by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission • Or be an incorporated association registered with the Office of Fair Trading • Or be an Indigenous corporation registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations • Or be a Queensland university • Or be a Queensland local government authority • Have operations or deliver ongoing services in Queensland • Have no outstanding financial accountability, service delivery or performance issues for funding provided by the Queensland Government • Have no outstanding acquittals due to the Department of Health and Office for Women • Hold, or provide plans to obtain, insurance covering the appropriate time period
Applicants must be an incorporated not-for-profit organisation, incorporated association, Indigenous corporation, Queensland university, or Queensland local government authority. Applicants must have operations or deliver ongoing services in Queensland, have no outstanding financial accountability, service delivery or performance issues for Queensland Government funding, have no outstanding acquittals due to the Department of Health and Office for Women, and hold or plan to obtain appropriate insurance.
