Applicants must be New South Wales startups that are for-profit entities, not listed on any public stock exchange, have an active Australian Business Number, be headquartered in New South Wales, have more than 65% of their full-time equivalent employees employed in New South Wales as of 1 January 2026, have revenue of less than $2.5 million in the 2024-25 financial year, and own the intellectual property or have the exclusive right to commercialise the intellectual property in Australia and globally.
